Rita Stäubli has been bringing magic to the lives of AEEC students and has satisfied every appetite in Chalet Hohliebi for over ten years. Whether informing students about local diary products or traditional, Swiss recipes, Rita always invites helpers into her kitchen and takes pride and pleasure teaching students about "life" by sharing her creativity, energy, and strong tradition. All students rotate through her kitchen on their chore rotation. Rita takes great joy in sharing Lenk's local cheeses, fresh milk, organic produce, free-range eggs, and regional breads, and she teaches us all to be mindful about what we eat while appreciating our local abundance of choice.
